Donald Festival Committee encourages non-profits, churches, school groups, sports teams & clubs to participate in the Donald Daze - Hazelnut Festival and Celebration to help support their organization by providing activities, services, or entertainment during the event. If you or your group has an interest in participating in this year's event, please complete the Contact form at the bottom of the page, and someone from the Donald Festival Committee will contact you to discuss your idea or activity.

Set-up/Tear-down: Your group will assist festival volunteers and organizers in setting up for the festival by placing signs, setting up tables/chairs, placing trash receptacles, providing general clean-up during the event, and assisting the festival with clean-up efforts after the event. In exchange for this service, the Donald Festival Committee will make a donation to your organization.

Public Parking: Your group will assist festival volunteers and organizers in closing the streets within the festival area, placing signs, directing traffic to the public parking location, and assisting the festival with efforts after the event while people are leaving the event. In exchange for this service, the Donald Festival Committee will make a donation to your organization.

Activity Booth assistance: Your group is invited to provide an 'activity' for the family zone area: dunk tank, obstacle course, carnival game, mascot costume, or other activity that creates value for the event. Your group can use this activity as a fundraising opportunity, charging a small fee to the public for participation or the Donald Festival Committee to make a donation to your organization post-event.
